I am a photographer, writer and multi-media producer working in the travel industry for over 30 years.  My work has appeared in major travel magazines throughout the world and I am a 3-time winner of the Society of American Travel Writers Travel Photographer of the Year award.  I have illustrated 46 books and written 5.  More recently I have been working extensively in the food and wine industry illustrating 4 cookbooks, 9 wine books and contributing to the Wine Spectator, Saveur and and other major publications.

My blog is an amalgam  of thoughts on all of my interests.
